Ingredients:
500 gms Hog Plum
50 gms mustard seed powder
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
Jaggery to taste
oil, mustard seeds, dry fenugreek as per requirement
Method:
Put all Hog Plum in cooker without water. Cook them. Let it cool. Make pieces
as per the lining of the Hog Plums.
Add little water in mustard
seed powder. Batter it well. Add salt, turmeric powder, juggery, mix it well.
Add Hog Plum pieces, again
mix them well. Heat little oil, add mustard seeds, pinch of asafoetida and dry
fenugreek as per your taste. Season it well. Let it cool. Add it in pieces of
Hog Plum. Store it in airtight jar.
