Condiments
 

Ingredients:
1 kg sour berries
500 gms jaggery
pinch of asafoetida
salt, turmeric powder, oil, mustard seeds, red or green chillies as per requirement

Method:
Remove seeds from berries. Keep them aside in bowl or container overnight. Let it get dried in the sunshine for a whole day. Heat oil in fry pan. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida and chillies. 

Fry it till all condiments turn brown. Add jaggery paste. Let it melt. Then add berries, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder. Mix well. Remove from the heat. Let it get cool. Store in airtight jar.
